Students will also have the opportunity to attend and perform in group master classes three times a year. These master classes will provide an intimate and educational setting for students to play in front of their peers and receive feedback from faculty and graduate students from the University of Oregon. Please refer to the private lesson policy for more information.
Jazz, composition, music theory and arranging lessons are also available.
To schedule lessons, please contact the Academy to schedule an interview/audition (at no cost). The Academy's Administrator will meet with the student to assess their needs and interests while answering any questions that may arise. The Administrator will then assign the student to one of the teachers on our amazing staff. If the student is in need of reviewing or acquiring fundamental skills, it may be recommended that the student join one of our group classes before entering the private studio.
